For high quality and affordability, Gravills Vacation Rental is a luxury apartment located in the tranquil district of Micoud and about a 10-minute drive from Hewanorra International Airport. The accommodation is immaculate, fully furnished, spacious, and secured on a 1/2-acre property with a beautiful garden of flowers and tropical fruit trees—also ideal for a short or long-term working holiday. There is office space and free wi-fi at 50mbps—you get all you need to feel at home. Yours to enjoy in total privacy.
We can accommodate three people but we are not set up for children under ten years. There are two separate apartments in the building; we live on the ground floor while you occupy the entire upper level.
Your apartment contains the following:
Bedroom 1 -Measuring – 13ft x 13ft. Full-length built-in mirrored wardrobes, cable TV, AC unit, and Ceiling fan. We supply Spare bed sheets and pillowcases.
Bedroom 2 - Measuring – 11ft x 10ft. Full-length built-in mirrored wardrobes, cable TV, AC unit and Ceiling fan, sliding door leading to rear balcony. We also provide spare bedsheets and pillowcases.
Rear Balcony – Overlooking the beautiful garden and measuring – 28.5ft x 13ft. There is outdoor furniture, including chairs, loungers, and a coffee table.
Shower & toilet - Measuring – 9ft x 6ft. We provide bath towels. We also provide shower gel and toilet tissue to start you off.
Newly fitted Kitchen / Diner - Measuring – 20ft x 13ft, including a dining table for up to six. The kitchen is well equipped with all the gadgets (including popcorn and pizza maker) to make your stay very comfortable. We provide all kitchen equipment and utensils, including a microwave, LPG cooker/stove, oven, and full-length fridge with top freezer.
The kitchenware includes pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, casserole dishes, cutting boards, dishes, glassware, cutlery, kitchen foil and plastic wrap, tea towels and dish soap, paper towel holder; we start you off with a roll. We supply condiments, coffee, tea bags, drinking chocolate, and some bottled water to start your vacation.
Living Room - Measuring – 17ft x 11ft including 48 inch Samsung Smart TV and other entertaining equipment
Office Space includes a built-in desk and office chair.
Front Balcony – Measuring – 22ft x 5.5ft fitted with a table and four chairs.
Also included in your space is free and secure parking.
We share the laundry room on the ground floor, which is stand-alone (separated from our apartment) measures 12.3ft x 10ft. However, you have total access whenever you choose to do your laundry. The apartment is always kept spotlessly clean and well organized.

The entire apartment and garden are yours to relax and enjoy.

Interaction with Guests:
Should you decide not to hire a vehicle, we can provide a pickup service from Hewanorra international airport upon your arrival. Our charge is reasonable, below the standard taxi fare. A tour around Saint Lucia is the main feature on visitors' "to-do list." We can provide this service at a reduced rate; the choice is entirely yours. Whatever your needs are, please do not hesitate to ask. We will be available 24/7. We are committed to ensuring the comfort of all our guests. Therefore, we will respect your privacy.

Other Things To Note:
Along with the natural lighting, there is a constant flow of cool tropical breeze throughout the holiday apartment. In addition to the A/Cs, there are ceiling fans in every room apart from the toilet/shower.
We ask that our guests use the AC discretely. Whatever time you are awake in the mornings, we suggest you open all the doors and windows to allow the free flow of cool breeze through the apartment; it is safe to do so. You can also leave all windows and doors open whenever you go out as long as we are on the premises; we will secure the apartment if we decide to go out later. Please note that the electricity supply in Saint Lucia is 220- 240V, but we can accommodate 110V. You may, however, bring along your power converter if you wish.
The added convenience of mosquito screens that we have fitted on every door and window throughout the vacation rental ensures that you can sleep and relax in total comfort.

Getting Around:
Our vacation rental is in a community characterized by a mix of town and country life a short distance away from the rainforest. Less than 2 minutes walk or drive off the high road, you will arrive in an area free from disturbance. Hiring a vehicle for your stay is recommended.

Vehicle Rental & Rates
We do our best to facilitate you by providing as much information as you may require; that includes vehicle rental. By doing so, we save you time, and in many cases, money too.
Most of our guests rent a vehicle during their vacation. Having your car means you have total control of your time, you manage your vacation to suit your schedule, and most importantly, you can explore our beautiful Island to the fullest.
You will require a St Lucia driving permit to drive on the Island. Driving is on the LEFT side of our road. The pass is valid for the duration of your stay. If you hold an international driver's license (IDL) or international driver's permit (IDP), then the St Lucia driver's permit will not be necessary. You can obtain your IDP from the American Automobile Association for our USA guests. (AAA). Contact your local AAA office for further details before you travel. Please make sure that you bring your National Drivers License with you.
For those who would prefer a cheaper alternative, you have the option to use our public transport.
