The rooms on the first floor need blackout shades. The blinds do not block the light from the parking lot. Room was very bright throughout the night.

not enough staff - never got new towels or trash taken care of - had to ask front desk to clean out room and staff daily. toaster did not work at breakfast- never enough waffle mix had to ask for it to be refilled daily -no place to sit outside -parking lot littered with potholes-didn't know which one to miss - pool under renovations - hotel across the way let us come there and we did

Room was very good. Staff was friendly. There was a brief power outage but it may have been due to the Excessive Heatwave in the Northeast. Continental breakfast could have been a little better. It was overcrowded on a weekend, which led to reduced stock. May want to consider adding more items & extending hours to 10:00am on weekends

Chose the location due to it saying there is a pool. Pool was under renovation. Breakfast was also disappointing. Very disappointed. Not Microtel's fault, but Mansfield was very hard to navigate with Route 6 being one way east, very little signs for detours on how to go west.

Booked a room with a hot tub basically whole reason to choose this hotel and all of these rooms were being renovated. Had to change room just to get a tub that kind of worked I still had to stuff plastic into the whole because no plug. Absolutely filthy, dust and dirty tissues. No curtains or darkening so sun blasting us in face at 6am. Literally the worst stay I’ve ever had.
