Our cottage is a great rental for visiting Newport area. It has 1 bedroom, sleeps 4 with pull-out couch. Very close to First Beach (Easton's Beach) as well as local shops and restaurants. Full bath, washer and dryer, outdoor shower. We offer nightly (2 night minimum) and weekly rentals. Separate parking from other units on the property. Great getaway for a couple with or without kids.

Great location for beach access.
Cottage is mostly well outfitted (could benefit from a toaster & a n oven mitt). The bathroom however is tiny (smallest sink we'd ever seen). Therefore the price seemed a bit steep.
