HOUSE RULES:
1. No Parties: Events or parties of any kind aren't permitted.
2. Smoke-Free: Smoking is prohibited in the house and on the premises.
3. Check-In/Out: We do not allow early check-ins or late check outs. Late check-outs may incur a fee equal to the daily rate.
4. No Pets: To maintain a pet-free environment for guests with allergies, we do not allow pets.
5. Quiet time is from 10 PM – 8 AM. Please no loud music outside.
6. Rule Violations: Any violation of house rules can result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Being on Main Street, some street noise is to be expected. Earplugs are available at each bedside for your comfort.
- For your security, two exterior audio/visual surveillance cameras are in use. These cameras are monitored only in extreme circumstances. Rest assured, there are absolutely no cameras inside the home.
