Leaview is a three bedroom town house which is in the centre of Midhurst.
The house has parking, a real must in the town centre and is comfortably furnished to accommodate sleeping up to five guests or a family.
The good sized living area has an outlook to the front with a comfortable sofa, television and an electric fire, the prefect place to snuggle in the evening after trying one of the fabulous restaurants in the town.
The dining area has a table to sleep four people and a comfy seating area consisting of two sofas looking out onto the pretty walled rear garden. The dining area leads directly to the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you could need to effectively self-cater during your stay. This includes a dishwasher, kettle, cooker, fridge freezer and all the utensils pots and pans you will need. There is a utility room at the end of the kitchen with a downstairs cloakroom.
Leaview has three bedrooms, consisting of a master double bedroom overlooking the garden with double wardrobes, a second bedroom with twin beds and a smaller third bedroom with a single bed. There is a good sized family bathroom with a separate bath and shower cubicle and a storage cupboard on the top of the landing.
Leaview includes two allocated parking spaces.

Leaview is in the centre of the vibrant town of Midhurst in West Sussex. Midhurst is a wonderful place to visit with a mix of fantastic shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. The famous Cowdray Ruins a short walk away, from here you can walk through the countryside to the locally renowned Cowdray Farm Shop, restaurant and cafe.
Just a short drive to the south you will find The Weald and Downland Open Air Museum, home to the BBC Repair Shop. This is just beside the world famous Goodwood racecourse and Motorsport venue, host to The Goodwood Revival and The Festival of Speed.
The old market town of Petworth lies just to the east, with Petworth House being an interesting place to visit, along with Petworth Park. Chichester lies about 11 miles south of Midhurst and has a magnificent 900 year old cathedral which dominates the city. It also has the renowned Chichester Festival Theatre. There are number of good quality golf courses in the region, including Cowdray Park and 2 courses at Goodwood.
The south coast, with many picturesque beaches including West Wittering's sandy dunes, is about 6 miles south of Chichester. Midhurst is easily accessible by road and there is a mainline train station to London at Haslemere.
