Really sad its gone downhill
Used to be clean and nice. And my go to hotel when visitng Midland. The front desk lady knew myself and my family have booked there before. The room they put me in the annex as i asked for was completely discusting and unsafe. Its the only room they have not renovated alongside the other ones. Its like the front desk person saw i was younger and when i asked for the annex she put me in the party room. Its was a drug room. Metal shards and glass on the floor by the bed. Smelled like smoke, Not sweept dirt and dust everywhere. Damage everywhere! Not to mention the pool area, and lobby where the stairs are FILTHY!

This property was clearly nice when it opened, but is dated and has clearly seen better days. From the worn bathroom with blown bulbs to the television with standard definition cable, I will not be staying here again. Midland is indeed a small town, but there are other options that are newer and better maintained at a comparable price.

The hotel is clean-ish, the rooms were decent (some mold in the bathrooms) but the hallways smell like smoke and cannabis. The pool is large, the breakfast was good. For an inexpensive stay, if you can overlook a few minor things, it’s a decent place.
