Near many hospitals and schools too! Very close to River City Sports Complex, St. Francis Hospital, and CJW Hospital! All utilities and internet are included!

It's a three-story townhome with upgraded LVP flooring on the main two levels, carpet on the 3d floor, and hardwood stairs. It has a fun hang-out area with a wall-mounted TV on the entry-level and a half bathroom. The main level has an open floor plan with a living area with another wall-mounted TV, flowing into the kitchen and dining area, with another half bath and deck. The third floor has two bedrooms (one spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and another with a full-size bed). Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
