Toilet doesn’t flush no matter what I did to try to remedy it. Drain in shower would not stay open. Drain in sink would close. But then you have to underneath the sink to push it back open. Bad area and vagrants creeping around all night. They charge for a dog. Not a deposit, but a FEE. Even if they’re is no damage. Ripoff

Great place in S.L.C.
The Park Inn was a great choice. Easy to get to fro. The freeways and other major streets. Even though they are remodeling, there wasn't any sawdust or debris that was noticeable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

There were cracks in our floor . We could literally see the dirt on the other side of our room wall. The sink was clogged and the tub was in worst condition. Never staying there again. This is the first and last time for sure. The staff was a little sketchy

The front desk staffer was exceptional in making us feel comfortable and welcome. You don't get good customer service anywhere these days, but she was very good. The hotel is fully remodeled and comfortable.

I got a discounted stay off expedia. I bought insurance on my stay because my flights were getting delayed left and right and wanted the possibility of canceling with a refund. as it turned out, i did need to cancel because my uber from the airport to the hotel was going to be $40 so i needed a closer hotel. The guy on the phone wouldn't let me cancel because I already got a deal on the room. So, I had to stay. When I got there, they informed me I had to pay an extra $50 for a security deposit and it would take 2-3 days to get it back. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten it. I called and asked about it and he changed it to now being 5-7 business days. I was in the middle of a sentence when he hung up on me. When I was checking out of the hotel, I also asked for a receipt of my security deposit and he said no. this whole situation seems extremely sketchy to me. I was only there for one night and it's turning into a stressful experience. The stay wasn't very nice either. Nothing good for breakfast and none of the tables were clean in the dining area. It was disgusting. I don't recommend staying here.

Everything was fine. The floors and/cove in the room could use good scrubbing/mopping. But I understand they are short staffed and time for deep cleaning is likely limited becuase of that. The available staff went the extra mile to accommodate and be helpful. They all probably need a raise or a bonus for their efforts.
