It is a beautiful property. The folks in the office were wonderful in helping us find our room and how to make the television and microwave work room. 1302 does need a second trashcan in the main room and of course, the only negative at the moment, which will surely change, is that there’s a lot of construction going on around the property.

It was so quiet and relaxing. The room was very clean and organized and had everything to cook meals. Everything was comfortable and the hot tub was really nice. Would recommend to anyone.

Overall very clean well stocked. It's by a couple of trails one you can walk or road bike and the other hike or mountain bike on. Only complaint is i could here everything the people above us did. When they walk, turned on water, adult time everything.

The check in and check out was seamless. The kitchen was fully up to date and very useful. Bathroom could use a few hooks and a towel loop for the hand towel and lamp for nightstand.

My family and I stayed here for a couple days. Michael was so helpful and friendly! He walked us around the property to show us the amenities and to make sure our keys worked. It was a wonderful stay with a beautiful view!

Pioche should stick to the time share business and not offer their services on hotels.com. Guest arrived and found no one to check in. After numerous attempts to get checked in, the guest had to go find another place to stay and thus spending more money for lodging. The room was charged to the guest's credit card. When the guest called the property to get a refund explaining the situation, the guest was blown off. When hotels.com called a refund was denied as well. I hardly ever send bad reviews and I travel a lot.Hope Pioche enjoys their free money they got from a stay that didn't happen.
