Glitches in room, no proper check in
Maybe I expected too much since it was brand new. The hot tubs were the best part. No sign to check in, nobody in office once we found it. They didn't give us the balcony room that we paid for. Sent message to property since you can't just go to lobby, never received a message back. To top it off the electric kept going out because we sleep with a fan and it kept tripping the breaker, so all night long we had to get up to reset it. The dishwasher kept beeping, but we couldn't figure out where the beeping was coming from. We unplugged the coffee pot, opened and closed fridge, microwave. Didn't use the dishwasher so we didn't think it would be beeping at us all night. Wasn't until the next morning when we figured out it was the dishwasher. Apparently hotel guests don't get access to underground parking, but that didn't matter too much because it was nice weather.
