The Peñamora rural house is located in the center of Miguelañez, less than 50 meters from the Plaza Mayor, behind the Church, under its 13th-century Mudejar tower. The thick slate stones of the facade, and the remains of the original sculpted, over 200 years, certainly give it a special flavor. Inside, you will find 5 spacious rooms, all with bathroom, a cozy living room with fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo, library, fully equipped kitchen, a patio with barbecue, sandpit for children and grass, and a beautiful gazebo With porch to enjoy outdoor meals. We provide all the firewood you need for barbecue and fireplace without any cost.
All rooms in the house have a full bathroom, fully equipped and with towels, soap, gel, shampoo and softener. The main room has a hydromassage bath, while the room on the ground floor has a magnificent hydromassage shower. There are three double bedrooms, two of which have huge king size beds, while the third has a 1.50 bed. The two double rooms each have two comfortable beds of 1.20. Also, and on demand, it is possible to place two additional extra beds, in any of the rooms of the house.
The ceilings and floors of all the rooms are of cuarterones and boards of pine wood, following the traditional architecture of the region. The floors of the rooms are solid wood flooring, and the living room combines the solid flooring in the gazebo and slate slabs facing the fireplace.
The stone and wood are combined in a warm and friendly atmosphere, ideal to enjoy family and friends in front of the fireplace in the fall and winter, or in the courtyard, in the shadow of the monumental church, in the spring and summer. The house has central heating, sanitary hot water and individual heating control.
