Fabulous apartment facing the sea, with beautiful views from its wonderful terrace, located in a very quiet and perfect place to spend those moments of relaxation that you are looking for in our vacations, being able to enjoy a great access to the beach from the same urbanization to just a few steps from our door.

It is on the first floor, with capacity for 4 people, has a large double room with wardrobe and sea views from the bed, a comfortable sofa bed for two in the living room, in the we can find cold air conditioning / heat, television, TDT, and everything you need to enjoy. It also has a full bathroom and a large kitchen very well equipped, which has ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator and washing machine, all very new.

The part that I personally most enjoy in my stays in it, is the wonderful terrace that has, totally oriented towards the sea, from which we can enjoy perfect sunsets on the sand of the sea, while we have a glass of wine in good company.

The urbanization has 10,000 square meters of surface, in which it is equipped with community parking with video surveillance, lush tropical gardens, swimming pool, and several sports courts for your favorite sport.

The apartment is just 10 meters from the beach, in a typical fishing area in Malaga, with a selection of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. It is a quiet area with excellent public transport connections every 10 minutes. We also have cultural attractions, nightlife and shopping in nearby areas, just a 10-minute drive from Marbella and only 5 minutes from Fuengirola.
This is an ideal place for those who seek rest, with all the comforts at hand and wonderful views towards the Mediterranean Sea, where we have about 300 sunny days a year.

TRANSPORTATION: From the airport you can take a bus or a rental car and with both alternatives it will be really easy to get to us since in the case of the rental car I will send you a detailed plan of how to get there and if finally your option is to bus, this goes through the same door of the urbanization every 10 minutes. For your trips you can also take a taxi 50 meters from the apartment.

BEACHES: The beaches of Lucera and Butibamba are the closest, not very deep so they are ideal for children and everyone in general. In them there is a variety of bars and restaurants where you can have a drink, eat some fish and try the famous espetos malagueños.

Without a doubt, you will spend incomparable holidays.

Location by the sea was great but spoilt by the traffic noise and smells!
The apartment could do with some improvements, in particular the kitchen and bathroom is very dated. To improve this apartment it needs wifi and to be modernised with a proper shower in the bathroom and a dishwasher and electric kettle in the kitchen.

Nice location on the beach but noise from road and poor equipped appartment.
Nice location on the beach with view to the beach from the balcony, but intense noise from the N340-road near by. The appartment was sparsely equipped (i.e. no corkscrew) and no dish washer liquid/soap/detergent making you wonder if the previous tennants had only been rinsing all utensils/crockery in clear water...... Not so nice. The noise from the road is at a okay level in the bedroom, but the bed is narrow (max 140 cm) and supplied with the traditional spanish set of sheet/blanket (no duvet). David supplied all neccessary information and with no delays. But only in spanish (writing/speaking). Detailed information about how to get to the appartment was received in advance. It is stated that there are 2 bedrooms but this is not correct. 1 bedroom and option to sleep on the couch in the living room.

La plage et le confort
Situation superbe, à 100 mètres de la plage, accès direct sur une promenade qui vous permettra de marcher plusieurs kilomètres en bordure de plage, sans le bruit des voitures, ni les odeurs nauséabondes. Les promeneurs sont cools et sourient. Les chiringuitos ne maquent pas, tout au long de la promenade, et sont au petits soins pour leurs clients. L'appartement, situé dans une résidence sécurisée, herborée, avec piscine, est parfait, il ne manque rien et la terrasse est très grande. C'est super pour les apéros en famille. Les commerces se trouvent à 5mns à pieds, et vous pouvez tout y trouver. Attention à ne pas oublier d'acheter vos bières et vins, avant 21h, après plus moyen. Sehr schöne Anlage, herrlicher Garten u. direkt an einem weitläufigen Strand
Die Wohnung hat uns auch gut gefallen, Grösse, Ausstattung u. Sauberkeit , alles ok,Küche war wohl neu u.auch reichlich ausgestattet, den grossen Balkon mit dem super Ausblick, haben wir täglich bei dem tollen Wetter genossen.
