Carlo, the owner, has recently renovated it with taste and elegance, adding some useful amenities for a pleasant stay such as smart tv, wifi, air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
It has two bedrooms with single beds ( or double beds) two bathrooms (one ensuite) with shower and a living room with a double sofa bed and an equipped kitchenette where you can cook.
Bed and bath linen are included in the rate.
The apartment is ideal for a business trip because near the entrance of the highway by which you can easily reach Milan or Varese and is also perfect for a holiday with family or friends because in 20 minutes you get yoMaggiore Lake and in 40 minutes to Como Lake .
The area and the neighborhood are also residential and very quiet and make it suitable even if you are looking for a peaceful place for smartworking.
It is on the ground floor and the parking is on street or inside the courtyard.
