The rooms are really small and the hotel is really average. Only one elevator was working. One positive thing is all the drinks in the mini fridge are free and they refill the drinks for you daily.

Service was absolutely amazing. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Beautifully renovated. Sky bar was excellent as was the restaurant. The spa was also delightful and not over crowded. Will come back if we’re in Milan again.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. One of the best hotels I stared in Italy. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very good and comfortable. Clean and with all essentials. Cleaning crew did a great job everyday. Water and coffee are provided in the room. Unfortunately, every room has intense neon lighting at the windows that turns on automatically every night at 1am. Being jet-lagged, that was unfortunate. When asking the staff to deactivate it, they didn’t help. Rooftop bar was temporarily closed during our stay, which was not communicated to us prior.
