Bathroom was filthy. Carpets were vacuumed but brown because they were so dirty. Mother in laws rooms carpets were filthy as well. Sucker stick and cracker crumbs around wheels on bed. Brown smudges on all light switches.

Great WIFI needs to be cleaned
I like staying here because I can bring my dog and the internet allows me to work during the day. ( not all hotels in gorham have reliable wifi) The place just could be cleaner. There are stained rugs and an inch of dust and dirt behind TV and microwave. The freezer is completely iced over so that it cannot be used. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well. The white towels had stains on them.

Cleanliness is good but carpet does not seem to be fresh, maybe just old. I would suggest that you install some hooks in the bath so you have a place to hang damp towels especially since you do not change towels out on a daily basis.

For our needs this was a great property! The room was clean and had been recently painted. The carpeting and fixtures all seemed to be recently updated. The room was small, but had everything…tv, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. The shower had good water pressure, and the bed was comfortable! We did receive a call from the front desk at about 4 asking if we were still coming in that day and what time we planned to arrive. We rolled in at about 6:30, and I noticed the office hours on a sign to show 8am-8pm, however there is a number available to contact the owners and we were told they are always on property. If you plan on arriving late, you may want to let them know. The front desk clerk was also super helpful in suggesting places to eat, and I can only imagine the selection will be great after everything opens in the area for the season. They are also conveniently located across the street from a good convenient store/gas station. Would stay here again!

This is a basic last century motel, but seems to have been recently redone so the bathrooms are nice, woodwork freshly painted, beds in good shape. It is kind of basic, but very clean. My family and I use it for a base in the local area to hike and go fishing. In the summer, after a long day hiking it is nice to get into the pool! Gorham has a growing number of restaurants.
