Clean room close to the airport for a reasonable price. Breakfast had a wider variety than I was expecting, which was nice especially since its included in the price. Make sure to leave extra time for the airport shuttle - it made a stop to drop people off at an office in the opposite direction before going to the airport.

Overall the propery was fine. Its a slighty older hotel but they've done a good job with keeping it up to date. What we found completely off-putting was their staff. Front desk staff was nice. Restaurant manager (or whatever his title) did not treat us well at all. This was our (my husband and I) last night in Italy after 12 days of traveling around the entire country so we were fully aware of the Italian culture and language. The restaurant was not that busy but getting this guy to serve us was challenging to say the least. He would pass right by us to serve someone else. Even after I ordered a simple glass of house red, he walked right past me with bottle in hand, poured a glass for someone else and then walked right past again. After asking him yet again for a glass he grabbed the same bottle and finally poured me a glass. Food wasn't bad. A little cold but overall acceptable. Our other staff issue was with the airport shuttle driver. The main reason for choosing this hotel was for its close proximity to the Lanate airport (2 miles). We waited a few minutes for the driver, there were 4 other people waiting too. We all quickly loaded our stuff in and we were off...but not to the airport! The airport shuttle took the other 4 people to a separate destination (I believe to a University) 15 minutes away! Then he raced us back to the airport...another 15 minutes back. A 2 mile airport drive took us 30 minutes! Not acceptable At All. Wouldnt go back.

Very Good. Hotel offer continental breakfast. The only thing. Is the air conditioner cant not be controlled from Rooms. And be carefull renting for more than 3 people they may put you in small bed . big for 2 only but small for 3 people. .. Parking and location is great so you can take train or bus . 8 minutos walking feom Hotel. Mac donald its 2 mins.. Walking from hotel..

"gotta try harder"
unfortunately, This hotel will work if you just need to rest your head and some basic internet. the carpet was beyond excuse, it looked like a Jackson pollock.. it was worn, bleached, and weathered in the worst way. The front desk asked the asian guy in the lobby to leave and go upstairs, stating that he was only to wear the provided hotel slippers "only in the room". They treated me nice but I judge people on how they treat others because it could be me someday. I hope they improve these two aspects and I would rate it better. the breakfast is good and their service was nice to wake up to.. but one night is enough... Italy is too beautiful to stay in a room with bad carpet.

27c outside and aircon was broken, killed 5 mosquitos in the first 10 minutes of arriving, room was dirty with splattered mosquitos and their blood on the walls from a previous stay, complained to reception and they stated all rooms have the same issues. Rooms and lobby very dated, shocking hotel, will not be returning

We found the hotel comfortable for our very short stay. The buffet breakfast was the best I've ever had - such variety and very delicious! Only negative comments is that the room seemed to have scuff marks on the wall and when my hair clip fell behind the bedside table it was very clear that no one had cleaned behind there in a long time... But! Those are just comments I make in case the hotel reads this and wants to check up on it. Completely recommend staying here. Close walk to metro and quick trip into town too.

Rege Hotel is a good corporate hotel close to Milan-Lipan airport. After 8 days in Venice, Florence and Rome, we went back to Milan for 1 night to be near the Lipan airport, where we were flying out of the next morning. We booked Hotel Rege because it was near the train station and airport, plus they offer a free airport shuttle to the airport. The staff spoke enough English to communicate with me. I feel bad being there, because I don't speak Italian. It isn't fair to enter another's country and be upset because they do not speak your language. They did their best and I am grateful for that. Overall, the hotel was okay. Nothing special but they did have a decent gym. There are no ATMs there and no restaurants other than McDonalds within walking distance. The hotel has a very good breakfast, with a plethora of meats, pastries, eggs, bacon and every coffee you could imagine. It is great if you aren't looking for a hotel near any site seeing locations. Of note, there is only 1 restaurant that delivers to the hotel (Crazy Pizza). Because we didn't want to pay for a taxi, we ordered the pizza. It wasn't good.

great service but a bit far from everything
The hotel is nice, has great facilities and breakfast was included in my stay. The food was ok. Not much hot food, mostly breads and cakes. But still better than the other places I have been to before. The staffs are all friendly. Location wise, it is a bit far from the city centre but it is close to a metro station to take the subway to the central. It is roughly 10 minute walk to the metro station from the hotel. There's not much nearby so I have been catching the metro everyday to the city for sightseeing. The only stand out thing for me was their customer service especially the waiters were great.

This hotel is out of the main part of Milan however the subway is a 5 min walk and very easy to use. This hotel Is close to the airport about $20€ in a taxi or they do have a shuttle service. I would stay here again

Don't even think about this one
With the exception of the reception guy the rest of the staff were rude and ignored a simple request. We wanted to dine and inquired the translation of the names of the dishes on the menu and were told that they were too busy to talk.There were only 3 tables occupied out of a couple of dozen .In fact the car park had less than 10 cars parked. Finding the place was absolute murder, we drove for nearly an hour requesting directions that eventually routed us through the bus center . The so called shuttle was available at 7 am or 9.15 am ,any other times we were advised to get a taxi . In fairness ,the breakfast was very good . The absolute worst hotel that we experienced in Italy .
