Fabulous stay
A beautiful hotel, very well located, with the best rooftop bar and restaurant! Staff is very helpful and professional. The room I stayed in was very nice. Dr. Vranjes products in the bath are lovely. The included breakfast buffet was decidedly decadent. I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice stay
Large, very clean room. Friendly receptionists. Breakfast was okay. Was on the first floor so could hear the tram but because we were so exhausted from all the walking it didn’t bother us for the 2 nights stayed. Less than 5mins walk to the cathedral, E.Vitorro and the shopping district. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Missori metro stop is couple mins walk. Airport shuttle, available for a fee, arrived 7mins late. Driver was filling out paperwork and texting when driving. Maybe Uber would be a better/safer option?

the location is absolutely perfect. It took us a minute to find the hotel because it is tucked away off the street, but once we arrived we were treated like royalty. Everyone was very nice, including the security at the front door. The parking is a bit tricky as well, but in the end it was fabulous!!

Everything was wonderful except there were mosquito's in the room that bit us during the night in all three of our family's rooms. Not sure if previous guest left the balcony doors open, but we were feasted on. The service and quality of the accommodations were excellent outside of that.

Great location near the Duomo. Friendly staff. Big bedrooms with super comfy beds. But they should have space for full length (dresses) hanging clothes in the cupboards

This seemed more like a 3 star hotel to me. Breakfast was mediocre, but honestly breakfast has been mediocre at most of Italy's hotels. The hotel seemed cheap to me. The hair dryer wasn't working. The bed was okay. Room size was okay. The location was great.

Great location and nice rooms. We had a room on the 10th floor that was very noisy at night with music coming from the bar and patrons congregating in the hallway. Would recommend requesting a room not on the 10th floor.
