When we checked in it was a little weird because the computers were down and the lobby smelled like cigarettes. I noticed the hotel tram service guy smokes close to entry so assuming all the smoke comes into lobby. Not all of us are smokers.

Very clean and quiet property, great. BUT, the airport shuttle (€5 each way) was HALF AN HOUR LATE, causing me to miss my non refundable flight home. Waited and waited and waited for the shuttle to leave. Voiced my concern 3 times only to be waved away and told “soon” by the driver. Ended up costing me $1500 for a one way ticket home, so I’m very unimpressed with the extraordinarily poor service and the total lack of concern from the driver. Expensive restaurant with terrible food, which I could have lived with, were in not for the ridiculous, garbage shuttle service, which is why you stay in an airport hotel in the first place. Ended up being a very expensive stay because of incompetent uncaring service. A disaster of a stay, which is unfortunate, as the room itself was quite decent. Cannot recommend, unless you fancy a 1km walk to departures across a series of busy motorways, or if you’re OK with the shuttle service being run at the convenience of the driver. Thoroughly pissed off.

needed a place to stay near the airport last minute and this property did not disappoint. Staff was amazing. Nice trendy chic design. The food was amazing! The coffee marinated duck with milk foam was one of the best things that I had on my entire trip!

Unpleasant stay with tribe hotel
It was a very unpleasant stay. Firstly the front desk allows queue cutting and was very slow with their processing. Then the room door's lock was faulty and was asked to stay in the room as the technician wasnt able to fix the problem and have little knowledge of the door system. Spent the night not knowing whether the security will be compromised. Was told the hotel is fully booked.

Modern hotel with the necessary facilities inside the room. Good breakfast. No restaurants around the hotel. Shuttle to airport for a fee, 15 min walk to terminal 1 (but not very safe because you need to cross a highway).

Unique: i am travell8ng a lot and have been in hotels in EU and North America. I never sow such high beds. Basically you have a high mattress (of 45-50cm thick) on a very high 45-50cm base, i am 1,68cm and i had to climb like a baby on this bed-its not ergonomic, its not safe. For someone shorter or older, they need a lather (i am not jocking), for someone who turns around or goes to bathroom during the night, its very dangeros to fall down or flip and fall on the floor. Its just not normal to go climbing a bed having a good hight of 168-170cm) from which an above average high person may fall. Fir this the hotel looses, i would look into a different hotel with regular normal hight beds despite the rest being nice.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was beyond disappointed by the poor service and lack of care from the staff. Here’s what happened: First, I ate at the hotel restaurant and asked to charge the meal to my room. They refused, saying they couldn’t do that because it “guarantees” I pay—even though they already had my card on file. This made no sense and felt insulting. Next, the TV in my room wasn’t working. I asked for someone to come up and check it, only to get a call later saying it was an issue related to my phone (which made no sense). No one came up to look at the TV or even acknowledge the problem in person. To top it off, I asked to speak to a manager. I was put on hold, only for someone to return and say the manager couldn’t speak to me right then. I waited, assuming they’d call back, but I heard nothing. I went down to speak in person and was told the manager had left. This was easily the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. The staff’s dismissive attitude and complete lack of follow-through made my stay an absolute nightmare. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay.
