We had a great stay at Uptown Palace. The rooms are large and we had a great view of the Duomo. It is walking distance from the main plaza and takes about 14 mins to get there. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a good restaurant in the hotel with a good breakfast and a nice bar as well. We got a free room upgrade as well and would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Especially to the wonderful girl Caroline at the front desk. She was super nice and all the staff at that hotel. It was 10-15 mins walk to Duomo and so many restaurants close by. Close to public transportation as well. We will def come back and recommend this hotel. Oh, super clean rooms!

Hotel is just okay, overall would give it 3 stars.
Hotel was chosen when we decided to go to Milan a day earlier and the AirBnb we had was not able to accept the revision to our schedule. The hotel was just 'ok.' Staff were not overly welcoming in comparison to all the properties we were at previously in Northern Italy. The entry had two steps up that had to be navigated with luggage and there was not a ramp-may be an issue for anyone that is unable to navigate steps. Shower had black dirt/mold in the various creases. Bed was comfortable, but bedding itself was light and not soft or fluffy. Toiletries were provided, Argan brand - interesting scent. Rooms had carpet throughout the entire bedroom area and hallways. Stains were present, but not alarming, just as expected with carpet. We were upgraded to a 'premium' room upon arrival which was nice and also included the breakfast buffet. Overall would give the property 3 stars.

Very nice hotel! Clean, comfortable and the staff is very attentive! The lounge area is a great place to get some work done with colleagues. I will definitely book again the next time I go to Milano.

Air conditioning is controlled by the hotel. There is some wear and tear. Restaurant was lovely. We used to love this place but ongoing road construction is too much to deal with.

The property is an old home still owned by the original famiky. The rooms are large but sparsely decorated. Tge plumbing is old. The aie conditioning is non existent. Only a fan was in the room. The bed was a memory foam mattress. It was firm. The stairs were very sterp. Would not recommend.
