The room was great, especially for the price. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is a voucher for the restaurant attached, and the food is suuuuper overcooked and very greasy.

Room air conditioning would not shut off and was on all night. Room was cold and they could not find the heater to bring in the room. Had difficulty trying to contact the manager for assistance. Slept in my under clothes no heat.

The hotel is very nice. But $250 incidentals on a $100 room?? Also there’s free breakfast yes but breakfast doesn’t start until 7am, and most the guests here this weekend need to be at our destination by 7am tomorrow morning so none of us will be able to enjoy that breakfast.

This hotel is super dated and empty. It was hard to find staff available for check in. Most of the amenities are out of service. It was comfortable enough, and cheap and clean just old.

Very disappointed. No heat in our room. I had to get an electric heater from my son. No hot water when we got back from the grad ceremony. Water would not drain from the bathroom sink. The manager offered me a $10.00 discount that was supposed to make me happy I guess. There was another lady checking out of a different room and she had the same complaint no heat in the room. The manager gave me the impression that she didn’t care. She probably goes through the same procedure every morning when somebody’s checking out.

Very dated room. No bathroom fan, no lock on bathroom door, very dimly lit, no latch lock on door, very hot in room with thermostat turned down all the way, smelled weird in main areas…on the plus side: staff was great! Was affordable and the bed and pillow were super comfy. Was nice and quiet at night. They just really need to update the place.
