Comfortably furnished 70sqm apartment with 20sqm balcony in 1. Floor. Newly renovated and fully furnished. Living room with a relaxing living area and fireplace for self-heating for a cozy atmosphere. Anteroom with generous wardrobe. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dishes, refrigerator with freezer, gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, radio with CD player, satellite TV, bed linen, towels, washing machine

Winter Vacation
Fantastic property and great location for our family ski holiday to Goldeck. Lovely facilities with plenty of space for a large family. Log burner looked amazing but was not required due to the property being hot enough. Just be aware that the property is down a steep hill which may make access awkward during snowy conditions. Really enjoyed ourselves and will be back next year.

Entspannende Urlaubstage oberhalb des Millstätter Sees
Super schöne Lage, ruhig und mit tollem Ausblick. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, sonstige Unternehmungen in der Umgebung oder einfach nur zum Entspannen; Räumlich wie haushaltstechnisch gut ausgestattete Fewo, die allerdings nicht so sauber war man das bei Übergabe erwarten würde. Wünschenswert wäre eine Einweisung vor Ort bzw. eine ortsansässige Kontaktperson, die einem bei Problemen unkompliziert weiterhelfen kann. Aber alles in allem ein Objekt, welches man gern wieder buchen möchte.

Entspannte Auszeit
Anreise: der Tauerntunnel hat bei der Anreise wertvolle Stunden gekostet. Wir sind im Dunkeln angekommen und haben das Haus nicht direkt identifizieren können. Ferienhaus Waltraud steht nirgends im Inserat, oder? 😉 Der Tipp, die Hausnr. 59 für das Navi zu verwenden, war aber sehr hilfreich. Alles Weitere hat aber wunderbar geklappt. Die Wohnung hat eine schöne Größe und ist mit den vielen Holzbalken auch sehr gemütlich. Toll war auch der Kamin, den wir abends nach den Wanderungen gerne angefeuert haben. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist wirklich ALLES da, was man benötigt (Seife, Geschirrspültabs, Toilettenpapier, Küchentücher etc). Das haben wir, in anderen Wohnungen schon anders erlebt! Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig, man sieht Rehe über die Wiese laufen usw. Nahe am Haus verläuft ein plätschernder Bach und man kann direkt ab Haus schon tolle Wanderungen starten. Unsere 10 Tage mit Hund und Kind, haben wir absolut genossen.

kein herzliches Willkommen
Nach einer 2-tägigen Anreise erreichten wir unser gebuchtes Haus. Glücklicherweise war der Mieter des Erdgeschossteils zu Hause, sprach aber nicht wirklich freundlich mit uns. Wie sich herausstellte, wusste niemand von unserer Ankunft und seine Tochter war die Putzfrau. Er rief sie an, aber leider war sie nicht da. Zum Glück hatte dieser Mann einen Schlüssel. Wir standen einfach da und warteten. Ein kleines 18 Monate altes Kind mit Oma auf Krücken und wir waren alle müde von der Reise. Seitdem habe ich nichts mehr vom Besitzer gehört. Keine Entschuldigung, keine Entschädigung, überhaupt nichts. Habe alles pünktlich bezahlt und durfte das ganze Haus selbst reinigen. Das war nicht die Erwartung an unseren Urlaub. Es war ein schlechter Start in unseren Urlaub. Um mit einer positiven Bemerkung abzuschließen ... die Aussicht war wunderschön, das Haus groß genug. Aber mit Kindern nicht die beste Unterkunft. Es gab wenig zu tun und ein Spielplatz war etwas zu weit entfernt. Also nicht noch einmal für uns. Selten so unfreundlich und unwillkommen behandelt. Leider kann ich hier nicht mehr eingeben, da es eine maximale Anzahl an Zeichen gibt, die eingegeben werden können. Aber die ganze Geschichte kommt noch.

Genuss pur!
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser mit viel Hingabe und Liebe eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und das mit Hund und zu einem fairen Preis den sich auch Normalverdiener leisten können. Es ist ein schöner Urlaub am Millstätter See gewesen, das Wetter herrlich und die Umgebung ein Traum der Entspannung. Wir wollen wirklich wiederkommen!

Dieses Objekt ist perfekt für einen Wanderurlaub. Innerhalb von einen Radius von 1 h Fahrzeit mit dem Auto sind die tollsten Wandergebiete erreichbar. Auch von der Unterkunft weg hat man viele tolle Wandermöglichkeiten. Zum See ist es per Fuß durch den Schluchtweg ca. 30 min. Allerdings liegt Obermillstatt 200 Höhenmeter über dem See, es ist ein starker anstieg zu bewältigen. E-Bikes sind ratsam.

Große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage
Wir haben eine tolle Zeit hier gehabt. Die Wohnung war großzügig, hatte eine tolle große Dachterrasse und Koos und Silvia haben uns sehr nett empfangen und bei Fragen geholfen.

Nachdem wir ein wenig Zeit brauchten um das Apartment zu finden, haben wir die entlegene Lage sehr genossen, vor allem die Schlucht war wunderschön mit Hund und Kindern. Das Haus ist sehr nett hergerichtet im Stock oben und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nur die Betten sind ziemlich veraltet, das ist so der einzige Punkt, den man verbessern könnte und vielleicht auch sollte. Ansonsten war es sehr schön. Danke

Schöne FEWO in idyllischer Lage
Schön gelegen etwas abseits vom Ort mit angenehmer Ruhe und Ausblick auf Almwiese und Tal. Renovierte Fewo mit viel schönem und wertigem Holzbau und guter Ausstattung. Großer Balkon läd zum Grillen und Co ein. Ideal zum Abschalten und Rauskommen aus dem Alltag. Wegbeschreibung wäre schön gewesen. Es wurde bei der Buchung keine Adresse sondern nur ein Punkt in Googlemaps weitergegeben, an dem die FEWO aber nicht war (sondern am anderen Ende des Ortes). Fewo konnte nur über Rücksprache mit anderen Einheimischen gefunden werden, die glücklicherweise das Objekt kannten.

Urlaub in den Bergen
Landschaftlich sehr schön gelegen, toller Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Ferienwohnung bietet ausreichend Platz und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Sehr angenehmer Kontakt zum Vermieter der auch gleichzeitig Bergwanderung anbietet. Sehr Empfehlenswert, wir würden wieder kommen.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit aussreichend Platz und einer tollen Terrasse
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Die große Terrasse hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits und man kann direkt von der Haustüre Wanderungen unternehmen. Wir haben und sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Millstattcard, welche bei der Anmietung dabei ist, ermöglicht einen kostenfreien Eintritt in alle Seefreibäder (auch in Döbriach) und auch sonst bekommt man einiges günstiger oder kostenfrei.

Nach 35 Jahren mal wieder in Obermillstatt gewesen und ich und meine Familie wurden nicht enttäuscht. Sehr schönes Feriendomizil mit viel Platz. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. W-lan wäre von Vorteil gewesen war aber für uns keine Voraussetzung.Morgens aufstehen und auf der Terrasse den wunderschönen Bergblick geniessen,was will man mehr.Sehr viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten die man bequem mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Unser Fazit: Wir werden bestimmt gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit. Mit lieben Grüssen aus Niedersachsen Fam.Fiebig

Meer dan complete keuken! Schoon en netjes. Ruim appartement met een mooi balkon/terras. Alleen de opgezette dieren en allerlei snuisterijen waren niet onze smaak en je was soms bang iets om te stoten. Enige zeer kleine tegenvaller. De DVD speler bleek een videorecorder.

Siehe oben. Alles vorhanden. Sehr schöne Lage und Aussicht, schöne Terrasse. Für Familien und auch für Kinderlose, Wanderer und Mountainbiker sehr zu empfehlen. Auto ist allerdings erforderlich. Achtung bei Kleinkindern: Viel Zierrat, der gerne Kinderhänden zum Opfer fällt und gesichert werden muss.
