Not satisfied at all. Staff is not helpful. I asked for complimentary room service that was added to my stay for booking over 2 weeks. Never got it. They didn't give me a bug spray even tho i asked them. There was spider n mosquito in my room. it mentioned breakfast was included, but it was the worst breakfast I have ever experienced. They only had coffee, hot water, cereal but no milk to have it with and cheap store bought small muffins. Would never stay here again

Ladie at front desk was rude and unprofessional,didnā€™t know where the room was ,asked for a lower floor room and she said we donā€™t have the rights to it cuz we booked with Expedia. Then I asked how much more for a late check out and was told that this location does not offer it but I can book another night stay and leave when ever . ,,very little close by parking , room was ok mattress was not comfortable at all , didnā€™t even waste time on the ā€œfree breakfast ā€œ will not come back to this location !!!

Water drained slow from both bath tub and sink. The tv was not a smart tv with no access to Netflix or other streaming services. Random people outside the hotel vicinity on lawn chairs smoking, drinking, and carrying their boomboxes. Did not feel safe. Male staff was unpleasant when came out from the back to help with check in. No smile and was not friendly. He hates his job. Would not stay here again. Bed was comfy, that was it.
