A Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway Stay
We had an exceptional stay at the Pfister! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were met with outstanding customer service every time we interacted with hotel staff. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and eating breakfast in the cafe. Gavin served us breakfast and was working the bar and he was attentive and never let our coffees get low! This hotel was extra cozy and they had decorated for Christmas which made things feel magical. Cannot recommend the Pfister enough and will definitely stay there in the future!!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel over Thanksgiving! From the moment we walked in, the grandiose and beautifully designed lobby set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Outstanding and perfectly updated. We received a high floor and adjoining rooms. It was luxurious and comfortable. Service was excellent and food at bar was excellent. There was some confusion as our room wasn’t ready at check in time so we were offered champagne while we waited and an upgrade to a suite, but minutes later someone called to say the room was ready and apologized for the wait. I was told the manager had assigned the room and it was ready. We would be in the tower. So we didn’t get a suite. The room was beautiful though. Upon check out I was informed there was a $38 parking fee that I was confused about because I had called the day before about checking in and parking and was instructed to park, bring the ticket in to be validated and moving forward we were to use our room key and we could come and go as often as we wanted. We had only left once for dinner and a concert and the room key didn’t work so I had to get another ticket. Upon check out is when I was told about the $38 parking. Because there was a misunderstanding they waved the fee. We had breakfast at the cafe the next morning and our server Annie was a sweetheart. She is a true gem to the Pfister. So friendly and amazing customer service! All the staff at the Pfister were great! So welcoming and kind!

What a beautiful hotel! So much history that has been up kept over time and preservation. Perfect location. And I truly do mean perfect location. Walking distance to eateries.

Can’t wait to stay here again.
Jack at the front desk was very friendly. Enjoyed the pool. Cafe was extremely convenient. Parking is a bit pricey.
