We really enjoyed our stay at The Trade and we would return again. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with plenty of social options like restaurants and bars. The location is fantastic if you are seeing a game or a show at the Fiserv Forum, as is very walkable to lots of entertainment options in the "Deer District". Our room was decorated and nicely appointed, and the bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was our coffee maker was not working properly and leaked water everywhere. I called the front desk to report this, and the reception was very positive, and I was given a hotel credit to get coffee at one of their restaurants which I appreciated. We ordered room service for breakfast, and this was delivered timely. Valet was very convenient and worth the expense too.

Overall, we liked the hotel. However, I called a few times to speak to someone regarding a few issues. Both times, the person that I spoke to was rude and condescending. I am a Wisconsin native and now live in a different state and I always have been proud of the high standard of customer service throughout the state. Typically, WI has very friendly and helpful service personnel. I feel that there may be some room for customer service training with the hotel managers as this experience was far different than any others. The valet customer service was great but it is extremely expensive for a "smaller" large city.

There was a pull out bed with absolutely nothing to go with it. No sheets, pillows, blankets. We came in after 1am from a wedding and were too exhausted to go down to the front desk and try to figure it out, or wait potentially for housekeeping to resolve it. Disappointed to not have access to those items in the room. So I had to share the king bed with my teenager who complains about my snoring. Annoying. It made for an unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.

I had a pretty horrible stay here. My first impression of the hotel was that it looked very nice but I had the absolute worst sleep here. There was an extremely loud noise that went off periodically throughout my entire stay. It woke me up and kept me up throughout both nights I was there. It sounded like a lawnmower. When I informed the from desk, she offered me a free breakfast as a way to say sorry. I didn’t have time for that so they did absolutely nothing about this.

Room wasn’t clean at all I need to pick up left overs inside drawers cabinets, the blinds are not working closed the perfect view from the living room. My expectations are super high on this suite it’s not a suite it’s not even a functioning room very very disappointing Customer Service sucks , people are eating on concierge front desk , mediocre staff it really blows my mind - it’s sad the room rate I paid not worth it not worth it 1 star service and non functioning room.
