長岡大花火大会の際に夫婦で利用しました。長岡駅からは新幹線で一駅の浦佐駅から徒歩3分ほどの立地で便利です。また、浦佐駅前にはコンビニもあり助かりました。ホテルの施設は古い為、ウォシュレットは付いてなく、また冷蔵庫も小さい為、たくさんの食料品はは入りません。冷凍庫はないので不便な点もあります。シャンプーがリンスインのタイプですが日本人の髪質には合わなくて、髪の毛がクシ通りが悪かなるので、コンディショナーを持参することをおすすめします。 エアコンの効き具合は良かったです。フロントスタッフの方は優しい対応してくれました。

大会の繋ぎで宿泊しました。泊まるだけなので価格優先で選びました。部屋が全てツインのようなので一人で泊まるには十分過ぎる広さです。設備は古いですが、泊まる事に特化すれば十分だと思います。フロントの方は良かったりそうでなかったり。

設備が古く配慮が足りない
トイレの便座が冷たくてウォシュレットなし。 冷蔵庫が小さく冷やしたい分が入りきらず困った。 10:00チェックアウトなのに8:30に帰る時にエレベーターの中に剥がしたシーツなどが床に置いてあり不衛生だった。 ウエルカムドリンクなし、コーヒーサーバー故障素泊まりしかないのに1泊の料金が¥5000以上する。

十分よかったです！
必要十分な広さ、清潔さ、コミュニケーションでした。そして安かったです。 入口の真ん前に駐車できたので移動も楽でした。特段オシャレとかではありませんが、泊まれればOK！という人にはオススメします。居酒屋が館内にあり、コンビニも徒歩圏内なので便利です。 また行ったら泊まりたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

室内はキッチン付きで広々としている。wi-fiは問題なく使える。 風呂トイレ別だが、風呂は水温調整が難しい。トイレは温水洗浄便座ではない。 1Fにはバーのような店があったが得にうるささは感じない。 浦佐駅から近いので、泊まるだけなら全く問題ない。

他にあまりホテルがない立地なので
部屋は広いが老朽化していてフリーWi-Fiもない。ロビーに壺などの置物がごちゃごちゃ置いてあって余計古さを感じた。また、予約した金額より安い宿泊料を現地の看板で見てちょっともやっとした。とはいえ、浦佐駅前というロケーションだともう一軒しかホテルがなく、そちらも古いので仕方ないのかなとも思う。また浦佐に行くことがあるなら泊まるかも。ホテルの近くにある「小玉屋」というファミリーレストランが美味しかった。また、近くにセブンイレブンもあり便利だった。
