Wasnt a great experience, I stayed with my 9 year old son, for the size of the hotel the pool was tiny and very dated, The room decor is so dated and the wasnt a plug socket next to the bed so had to charge my phone the other side of the room. We went for breakfast the next morning. Food was great but we went to get some food and a coffee, i had half eaten my breakfast and we went back up to get some orange, came back and the waitress had cleared up our table and said sorry i thought you had gone. Luckily it was buffet so had to go and start again. Not a great experience really i wouldnt stay again

The customer care here was exceptional except for the breakfast staff. I would have rated a 10 but the staff at breakfast did not match the positive care from all other staff we encountered

Busy property, lots of families and people using the gym. The bar and grill can be very busy and noisy with children running around which makes it a little noisy for other residents - the lack of soft furnishings enhances the noise. The conservatory is the only quiet space available so is prime real estate for anyone without young children. Hotel was clean, staff were super helpful all the time. We were in a freshly renovated room where the bathroom renovation was excellent apart from a lack of towel rails. The bedroom needed another light in the TV corner and maybe an armchair.

Good hotel, nice facilities. Room was a little tired such as holes in wall from precious decorations that hadn't been filled or painted. Massive comfortable bed. Lack of sockets in the room. Stayed for business and would use again, the pool and facilities were great

Decent enough place for business though though the room needed a little TLC. There was neglect to the bathroom decor, the shower arrangement was awkward when floundering in a very rounded bath and the bedroom carpet was in need of a bit of a deep clean. Couple that with the decor of the room with striped carpet and striped wall paper, I actually walked out the bathroom straight into the wall!! My fault, but nevertheless confusing with no glasses on. There was no beer at the bar either. Plenty of lager and a token IPA, so I went over the road for a decent pint, and, whilst there, had a meal What did heighten my score a bit was the service on initially checking in. Molly ( think if was Molly) was really helpful, as was the lady at breakfast, although that too, wasn't sparkling.

Last minute business trip.
First room was a twin instead of a double the lady on reception changed us which was great the only other thing was that there was only one set of towels for 2 people & a glass each would be great as well.Food was great & all staff helpful.
