Loved this house. Clean, comfortable, several good places for people to hang out. Everything you need but might not remember is on the kitchen (like coffee filters). Very fun, pleasant, and overall just a lovely place to stay. Several excellent restaurants very nearby (even in Minneapolis in January it was walkable!)

This home was a good fit for our family of 14. If you’re looking for a place near Saint Paul, Como Zoo, and Grand Avenue, this location could be a good option. The house has a charming, older feel — not new or modern, but comfortable nonetheless. We loved the garage to park our rental cars. While there were enough sleeping accommodations for our group, we found the supply of plates and silverware insufficient. To address this, we purchased paper plates and disposable utensils.

The property was as described, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was easy to get to downtown Minneapolis without the large expense of hotel and dining for 7 adults. Grocery stores, liquor stores, and bars were within easy walking distance. Highly recommend.

Great Family Stay!!
What a great family stay! We brought our two young children (5 and 2) and had a lovely week away. Everything we did (zoo, falls, children’s museum, science museum, etc.) was only 10ish minutes away. There were several decent restaurants within a block of the house that provided quick walkable options, including a coffee shop, a pho restaurant, and Turkish restaurant. The house had everything we needed and was more than enough space for our family of 4. It also has the option to park in the garage, which was a nice perk. We will certainly come back if we are ever in the St. Paul neighborhood again!!

What a great rental!
We came into town for a family wedding. We had multiple families staying here. The house has so many nice rooms as well as good common spaces. My parents could be in the first floor bedroom which has its own bathroom. That was great. The place was really nice, clean and had many extra air mattresses. Kitchen worked well too. Neighbor isn't awesome but oh well.

Great location near Como Park
It was great to stay in a cozy house that felt like a family home. The front porch was nice for coffee in the morning, and there was a nice backyard with a table and chairs. The beds we used were comfortable. We didn't cook while there (but the kitchen seemed well-stocked with everything you would need if you did cook). We didn't use the garage as the weather was nice, but there was a garage available.

Close to everything-great stay!
We were in town for a conference at the mall of America and needed some more space to fit our extended family. This property was ideal. It’s conveniently located, and was very clean. It is required to go up or down stairs to shower, just something to keep in mind if anyone has mobility issues.

Could not get into house as we had incorrect code. Tried getting a hold of property manager for 45 min. We were outside in cold and snow, with a Toddler who needed to use restrooms, eat and go to bed. They had to walk to the speedway to use restrooms. The house was nice and quiet
