This was a king jacuzzi room. Room size was large & comfortable. It definitely needs some care with cracked/broken tile around tub (in the room) and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was 'decent' with some chicken strips and a waffle maker but juice machine was down the entire time. Pool was decent and having a sauna was neat. The hot tub was down one day but nice and hot the next. Overall it was an okay experience for the money but this hotel needs some work. I picked this area for safety but next time would choose something with better beds for sure.

Nice, but nothing to rave about
The room was nice, but the bed and pillows were awful. The hotel allows people to walk all over after using pool causing very slippery floor. There was no TV remote in the room. Glad we only spent one night. Had a backache all day from the bed.

Breakfast was incredibly underwhelming; sausage looked raw and floors were sticky throughout our entire stay. Hottub was absolutely filthy and overrun by kids 10 years old or younger without parent supervision. Room was clean and updated but showerhead was dirty and handheld attachment did not work.

Room was listed as “Sleeps 5” which is why I chose to book this property. Upon arrival the elevator entrance on our floor smelled of vomit, our room window was open letting the humidity in to our room, and we found the room had only 2 queen beds which definitely would not sleep 5 as advertised. We requested a cot and were told by hotel staff that they would “check their closet and bring one up if they had one”. We did not receive the cot which meant that we decided we could not stay at the hotel as a member of our 5 person family would not have a place to sleep. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

This hotel is in need of some upgrades. The smell in the lobby proves this fact. there was a sign on the ice machine that the ice was "poison" and the water from the sink smells and tastes strongly of chlorine (we bought bottled water to brush our teeth with). Our room had 1 good towel, and 2 old towels both with holes in them. The carpet in the rooms needs to go along with the orange paint from the 70's. We had left up our sign on the room for housekeeping services all day while we were out and it was not tended to. When asked at the front desk why, we were told it was because they were "too busy" on weekends (there was hardly anyone staying at the hotel). the elevator smells terrible, is hot, "clunks" while riding and had a sticky wet mess on the floor the whole weekend. Won't be staying here again.

The hotel was sold out but was very quiet, no problem sleeping in our room. We stayed for 3 days and had no house keeping. We were too tired to complain to front desk at 8 PM.
