terrible, disgusting hotel
the tv and the hot tub in the room didn't work. they only gave is 2 pillows for a king bed and a pull out, along with one towel. when we called to ask for more pillows and towels and to ask for the tv to be fixed we were told only one person was working and nobody showed up. the pool was filthy, there was actual debris floating in it. the hot tub in the pool area was taped off. when we went to ask for more towels we were told they were out.

The hot tub was not available for use. The staff looks overworked. Breakfast was minimal. It appears like the owners cut several corners to turn a profit and they really need to invest more in their employees and hotel.

Room we were given was so bad we asked for a change in rooms. Dirty curtains, unknown "stuff" on one wall and the mirror. Smelled. The second room was much better but the staff member was not the nicest about it. The pool was closed but we were not informed of that at check in. Two of us specifically had looked for a hotel with a pool. When asked why the pool was closed we were told it needed to be shocked but they didn't have the chemicals and the staff member was again not very nice about explaining the situation. We did find enjoyment watching the squirrels who had built their home along one of the exterior pieces of wood.

I will rate my stay here, 8/10. The facility needs to improve on its maintenance and landscaping. But overall, it is worth the money they charges you.
