The hotel looked new but when you looked closer, it had issues. The numbers on the doors were attached with 3M Command Strips that stuck out, the bathroom tile was poor work and our toilet paper holder was broken. At night, the front desk staff was the bartender at the same time. That person did not know how to mix drinks nor did they know beer brands.

It was a lovely surprise to find such a wonderful hotel near the hospital. I needed to stay near my daughter and i was delighted in so lany ways. The large, clean rooms, the quiet nights sleep, the attentive staff, delicious breakfasts, and general high amenities.

We reserved the hotel mainly for the hot tub, but the hot tub was down all weekend. The shower on sunday morning was luke warm at best. Disappointing to say yhe least.

I like that they had a pool, restaurant, a bar, and breakfast. However, the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The was a big chunk of food in the corner and pink confetti through out the room. Otherwise it was a nice hotel. The staff were very friendly.

The location was perfect for what I needed to stay. The hotel was clean. The only drawback was one room on my floor someone was vaping or smoking marijuana and the typical unsavory smell related to that was unfortunate.

I stayed here for a company retreat. Roxanna has always been awesome! Other staff was friendly and my stay was pleasant. The only thing I am frustrated with is I left my favorite hat hanging on the back of the bathroom door in my room. I was gone a couple hours to my office and headed back to the hotel to pick it up. After my room was cleaned, it was never turned in. I called a day later and cleaning had not turned it in to lost and found so I’m not sure what could have happened to it, but disappointed by this. :(
