Charming and fully renovated unit is now available for your enjoyment! Designer/owner has completed a stylish remodel and is certain that it will become your favorite St. Paul rental. Ideal location - on Historic Grand Hill, Grand Ave just steps south, and Summit Ave directly north. Shop and dine on Grand Ave and then stroll those calories away on Summit Ave while you are taken away by the architecture and grandeur of century old mansions. Bikes can be rented one block away if you prefer to two-wheel it.
This one bedroom retreat has everything you need with attention to comfort and style. New bamboo floors, walls, kitchen, bathroom, and furnishings. Additionally, you also get the use of the front porch for those summer moments of relaxation and people watching! I also operate/own VRBO #373111, another one bedroom unit, literally next door - so I am an involved and accessible part of my guest's stay should needs arise. I had a very enjoyable three night stay. The apartment location is absolutely perfect, especially if you enjoy strolling in historic neighborhoods. Very walkable to numerous restaurants, as well as a well-stocked co-op. Parking is easy, as promised. The weather did not require the use of the window air conditioners, though I appreciated the fan I found in one of the closet. Owner was very responsive to my requests. Definitely recommend!

Perfectly Grand!
I had a close friend that passed and needed a nice place close to grand Ave in St. Paul and this place ended up being absolutely perfect. The host was so kind and communicative and I wanted for nothing. The apartment was clean, updated, had snacks, coffee and a great bed. The ACs worked, everything worked and was so organized. Best of all it was basically on Grand Ave and I got to experience my old neighborhood once again. Tysm for a wonderful stay, I will definitely be back.

This property was perfect. Super cute place to stay and the location was mint. I used to live in the neighborhood and so enjoyed easy access to Summit Avenue. Property owner turned on the AC before I arrived and checked in on me via text after a few days. I felt safe and it was very quiet. There was coffee and snacks. And I must say the pillows were so comfortable.

Great location and great stay
Had a wonderful 4- night stay with my 18 year old while looking at area schools. Lovely old house with the apartment on the top floor. Lucked out with the weather and enjoyed sunny days with the light filled space. The location is perfectly located with lots of shops and places to eat within a few blocks walk. Plenty of parking and really easy to find. Would absolutely stay here again.

My home away from home
I have stayed here twice so far and plan on staying at this property for the rest of my duration at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. The property is well stocked with bedding, towels, and pots and pans. The owner has also been very responsive and helpful for all of my stays. The unit is also very quiet, which is a god send because I am such a light sleeper. It is also steps away from the 63 and 65 buses, which is great for me to go out to eat or buy groceries.

Second floor apartment in a charming house in a lovely neighborhood. There's so much nearby, and easy access to freeways to go further afield. The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well appointed, and contact with the host was excellent.

St Paul Autumn Getaway
Stacey is the best host and this is a perfect location for a fall getaway in St. Paul. This charming apartment is just as it is described. The location is great for exploring historic St Paul and wonderful restaurants. It’s also easy to get out to the surrounding forests for a hike. The home was clean and comfortable.
