I'm going to preface this review indicating that they were doing some renovations.
However these are the noteable things that stood out for me with this visit.
- tub/shower drain was clogged and drained reallllllly slowly
- sink plunger didn't work..couldn't open / close plug
- insecure wifi network
- key card demagnatized after 1 day..instead of going out for the day and returning directly to our room, I had to go to the front desk and get my card reset..this happened 2 days in a row.
- there were no phones in the room to call front desk
-tvs were equipped with Firesticks (which was nice) but there was no remote for it and they were locked down so we couldnt log into our own Amazon prime accounts so we couldnt even watch movies in the evenings
- lastly when we left for the day we put out the door sign that said "please service this room" because we needed a quick clean and towel-swap... when we got back later in the day our room was undisturbed..this also happened two days in a row.
When we needed to talk to anyone at the front desk..they were helpful and friendly.
Hopefully this place has an improved experience after they complete some renovations and get some processes in place..but it was an overall meh experience for my family
