Needs work
I had to switch rooms 4 times for my weekend stay. The first room the water Didnā€™t get hot, the second room didn't have a tub stopper, the 3rd room toilet was nasty and I had to clean it myself. The fourth room the toilet Didn't have good water pressure so the toilet didn't flush. The best part of the trip was the front desk receptionists they tried to make sure I was comfortable as they were unaware of the issues until I told them. Needles to say I will be calling management tomorrow .

Room was musty & old outdated. Lamp was broken & the pool had no lights that worked. But to their defense there was a bad storm but it really needs to be updated at least our part of hotel

Elevator did not work. Carpet was all worn and dirty looking. Whole hallway smelled of weed which is not ideal having little ones. Our bathroom had ceiling falling down and mold shown. We left and explained to girl at front desk. She was super nice but did not seem suprised at all and were given full refund

Bummed for a work training/couples getaway
The room 'felt' clean but the sheets were stained (looked like blueberry stains) and the entire hotel needs an update. Very tired looking hallways, furniture, etc. The king mattress we had was very firm and not at all comfortable for my preference. Not my worst hotel stay, definitely not my best. Would not stay here again. Front desk staff did their job but were not friendly nor helpful. Had to navigate our own way to our room, which felt really odd.

the hotel smelled of pot. the lock was brocken on the door. there was what appeared to be a bullet hole in the bathroom door. front desk was not helpful and only cared about getting back to watching their movie in the backroom.
