Nice hotel with friendly, professional staff. Convenient location to the airport and reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable. I wish there was a blackout curtain for the window- just a sheer white curtain. There was a bright light outside which made it difficult to fall asleep. Otherwise we really liked our stay.

The area was nice, the hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable. The customer service was terrible. To start, we booked through Orbitz, and chose the hotel in part because of the free shuttle service to the airport. When we arrived, we were told that because we'd booked through a third party, the shuttle service would cost $30. I said that that was unacceptable. She said that the hotel was not responsible for information on a third party website. I told her that Orbitz was a business partner, and that the hotel should honor what was on the website, and then make arrangements to have it corrected. She did not make any effort, and charged us $30. Then, in the morning, there was a different woman at the desk. This person kept pulled her jacket pulled up over her head like a hoodie. She kept her head down, and when people approached, she put her hand over her eyes like she didn't want to see us. It was really strange. Everyone at breakfast was commenting about how she was trying to nap at the front desk. Very bad service. I'm still angry about the bait and switch shuttle service. We won't be back.

The hotel had a hot tub which we enjoyed. A suitable dining facility was within walking distance. The hotel was close to the airport. The night manager opened the breakfast room for us so we could get a yogurt and a bagel for our early morning flight.

Have stayed here many years. The location is excelent. Room was very clean. Staff is good. only negatives: No early check in. Some shuttle drivers park blocking the walkway to parking lot. Will continue to stay here as long as they maintain their curent levels

Stayed 3 nights, but they never cleaned our room or delivered additional towels. Also, breakfast was decent, but one drink dispenser was Out of Order our entire stay, so no drinking water available. Had to purchase bottles of water if you wanted to drink water with your breakfast. Issues with room keys not working multiple times.
