It was last minute booking decision. Hotel was clean, rooms were good. My personal issues are with the fees for parking, roll beds and breakfast not included with booking. It’s a shame, at least one of those perks should be included and I hope management consider that.

The person at the counter was very pleasant to work with. The parking lot had trash around, and I had to pay for parking. They haven't had paid parking previous times being here-and it isn't downtown. Get rid of the paid parking-it isn't even a covered lot.

Staff were polite and helpful. The lobby was clean and inviting. We were in St. Paul for a concert so we were only at the hotel for a few hours of sleep. I would stay again and recommend the Doubletree by Hilton to my friends.

Nice place. Handicap room not thought out very well. Shouldn’t have to pay to park if staying there. Friendly staff.
