Forgot item in the room and realized it 2 hours after leaving the hotel as we were traveling north of MN for a few days. We called and talked to the front desk and asked if they would hold it for us to get on our way back through Minneapolis. They confirmed that it would be no problem. When we came back to get it, the staff was very unhelpful and had no idea what we were talking about. We felt lied to and betrayed. It was a waste of our time and energy and they obviously took it. Just very unprofessional, unorganized and not very customer friendly.

Shower water not warm enough
