DO NOT STAY HERE. This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Despite being newly renovated, the hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. The issues started immediately: they put us in the WRONG room, and we had to wait over an hour for them to fix their mistake. Then, they didn’t bother to clean our room during our stay. When we asked for something as simple as extra coffee, they acted as though were inconveniencing them or ignored us. To make matters worse, the ice machine was out of order for the entire six days we were there. For a hotel, that’s beyond unacceptable. When we asked them to bring us ice, we were told to find it on a different floor. It gets worse. Friday night, the hotel turned into a party zone. Even on the 6th floor, the noise at 1:30 AM was so unbearable it woke us up. We called the front desk to ask for quiet, but nothing was done. Our request for compensation or even acknowledgment of the problem was met with hostility. Instead of addressing the issue, the hotel retaliated. On Saturday night at 9 PM—while we were quietly in our room—we were thrown out of the hotel! The manager, Mo, was rude, unprofessional, and seemed to enjoy the power trip. This place is not only mismanaged but also hostile toward guests. Save yourself the stress and stay far, far away from this disaster of a property.

Hotel was ok, parking lot not safe.
The hotel itself wasn't bad. We had friendly service and the room was clean but had a smell. Each night of our stay cars were broken into, their windows broken out. Even the 1st spot closest to the entrance door in the back was broken into.

Easy on easy off on to interstate. Great location to our destinations. Fast check in. Staff was.awesome and very personable. Ike was was very nice at the bar. I could tell all the other customers were pleased with him. He kept conversation flowing with customers. Very enjoyable to be around. Fantastic stay....will be back again.

Disappointed with charge for cleaning
It was okay as ive stayed prior. I spilled my water bottle on the bed and they charged a cleaning fee of $100?? Literally for water that was cleaned up with a towel. It happend when ubwas checking out and house keeping referenced it as deep cleaning!!!? I explained and they still charged like it was urine or bodily fluid. I disputed with my card provider. I am responsible and pay for anything that i damage but NEVER $100 for water. Im always very neat and leave tips for house keeping.
