The entire staff, front desk, breakfast service, housekeeping, and maintenance were all excellent! Fabulous customer service all around. The room in which we stayed was spacious and very clean. There is a cute small park directly out the door of the hotel, towards the river. It was easy to walk to the music festival we attended.

Front desk staff were great. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Meals, snacks etc were excellent. Housekeeping was weak. Only stopped in twice over a five night stay. We were constantly calling the front desk for fresh towels.

Top Notch
From the minute we walked in, the service, professionalism and friendliness was very noticeable. I think every single employee greeted us like we were the only ones there. And we weren’t. They were full due to a music festival but the breakfast was always stocked and we even got 3 free drinks from 5:30-7:00 every night. The employees were fantastic. Truly never had such friendly people at any other hotels where we’ve stayed. The fitness center was top notch with lots of equipment and it was also very clean. If we go back to St Paul we will be staying here.
