This hotel is great! The rooms and facilities are very clean and in good repair. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet, too. What really stood out, however, was the staff: the manager in particular (I believe his name was Clinton?) was very approachable and friendly to me and my 4-year-old son. By the end of our stay he and my son were exchanging high fives 🙂

This hotel was in a perfect location near the airport with restaurants within walking distance. The room was very clean. The staff was caring and attentive. The facility was spotless. The complementary breakfast was ok. I would definitely return next time I need to spend a night in the area.

One room door didn’t lock and anyone could walk in. The new room didn’t have a working door handle. Then, when we did get in, the room reeked of urine. We left to go to another hotel… and they double charged us so now I’m working through that.

It was great! Staff at front desk was amazing! The 2nd night we had a different room, it was not as clean, still garbage in the can and shower was not clean, the fridge did not work and cupboard door was broken. I will still stay there again!!

Unfortunately we were very disappointed. For a Marriott property and the price is was very average. The walls were very thin and you could hear the people in the next room using the restroom. We stayed in 3 different properties on our vacation and this was the most expensive and the one we liked the least.

Booked a room for two adults and one 16 year old. When we arrived the Hampton had us in a room with a King bed. I asked the desk for a different room or for a roll away bed. They said that I could rent a second King room (that is all they could do for us). I checked my receipt from Expedia and it says nothing about a King room. It shows 2 adults and 1 child. 16 years old. I called Expedia and they were of no help. Finally the front desk brought up extra bedding and we made a bed on the floor.

During our stay, our travelling partners had a significant amount of money stolen from their room. Our rooms were adjoining. I was glad I didn’t also leave cash behind. Since we always had our keys, and they did not offer maid service during our visit, one can infer that a staff member entered.The manager was polite and looked into the matter, but to date there has been no resolution. This is very disappointing and will deter us from future stays.
