Great Breakfast Lady
The location was perfect for us and we were able to bring our dog. Unfortunately we were not able to use the pool facility and this was not mentioned to us when we checked in. We didn't findout until we went to use it. The lady overlooking the breakfast area the next morning was truly wonderful. She interacted well with all the patrons and went above and beyond to satisfy everyone's requests/questions. She really made our experience special!. You are very fortunate to have her. Also the food selections were great. Something for everyone

Room was clean, smelled very good, shower was very clean, felt very much sanitized. The staff was amazing and accomadating. Customer service above and beyond. The breakfast was good, and the Hilton rewards goodies was a great added touch. I would stay at this location again.

Just okay for the price.
Rooms need upgrade, elevator is not a smooth ride (a bit nerve-racking) and business center was not available. While breakfast was fine and front desk friendly the rooms lack the general quality of a Hampton Inn.

There bathroom was terrible. The bathtub had standing water in it when I went to take a shower because it was pooling in the middle of the tub and not draining. There was a rusted metal panel in the ceiling. Grout crumbling out of the tiles along the baseboards. Half the channels on the TV were glitching and unwatchable. I'm glad I was only staying one night.

The staff were all very friendly which helped overlook the fact that this is an older hotel and could use some updates and repairs. There was a hole in our wall, peeling caulk in the bathroom and the mattresses felt old and worn out.
