The hotel shuttle took 45 min to get to us and that’s with me calling every 15 min asking where it was. The shuttle was not marked and had broken seats. When arriving at the property I was told there was flooding on our floor and there would be fan noise during the night. When entering the room one of the headboards was broken so we had to ask to be moved.

I chose this hotel for its locations and shuttle service. The pick up and drop off at the airport was good. It is nice that the hotel is right by the wildlife refuge for walking and not far from the mall! It was clean, and quiet, and convenient. I would recommend it.

The hotel was great, and I slept well. The airport service was much appreciated. The dinner we had in the room was very good. The only thing that I would suggest is that the room service meals include paper plates with the meals, rather than having to eat out of the boxes.
