The checkin was probably the easiest I have ever experienced. Also, the front desk was very helpful. The rooms were clean and what I have come to expect from HIE.

There is no parking. You have to pay to park across the street. For how spendy it is you think it would be a little nicer. It was mediocre and the beds were so uncomfortable. We did not sleep good, up many times in the night.

Great location, close to many different roads leading to points of interests. Parking isn’t included which is a big con, but otherwise fairly affordable stay with great service.

This was our second time staying at this hotel in the last few years. Both times we had an absolutely wonderful stay, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the hotel is clean and the housekeeping staff are more than willing to swap out your towels if you see them in the hallway. As others mentioned, Parking is limited and is on a 1st come-1st served basis, but we never have had an issue with that. Less than 10 minute walk to the metro train, and US Bank Stadium & Target Field are easy enough to walk to if you're not in a hurry. The breakfast with great variety every morning also saves you so much money over a weekend stay! We WILL stay here many more times in the future!
