All was great. My only complaint was being woken up by housekeeping knocking on our door to clean the room- we had the do not disturb sign in the door. Don’t they check to see if people have checked out before attempting to clean the room???

I did not get the room I had asked for. One with a stand in shower. The towels are very rough. The pillows are very hard. The toilet seat was almost falling off. No instructions on how to operate the thermostat.

Appeared to be recently renovated. Our jacuzzi room was nice and clean. The only improvement would be to stock the bathroom with more bath towels.
