Many things are not good: 1. You can't open the room with the key card 2. There is no phone in the room 3. It is not equipped to make coffee or tea, if there is a microwave that doesn't work 4. Broken window, and the room heater is not adjusted and keeps the heating on all the time so you can't sleep at night 5. No housekeeping for three days, no clean towels 6. They make repairs in the middle of the day, replace door locks, so the room gets cold, the guest is not informed in advance

Desk staff knocked on my door after I extended my stay online and asked me to come downstairs to sign some paperwork at 11am after I just got off work at 3:45am prior and told the night shift worker before do not wake me because I need my sleep and I’m currently using a sleeping apnea machine that records data while I sleep. Which is detrimental to my job as a city bus operator and government employee. I told him I’d come down and sign it and he tried to give me an ultimatum and 15 minutes to come downstairs and sign it. So disrespectful.
