Minne-GetAway's Oak Ridge Estate is a sprawling executive ranch style home at over 3,500+ finished square feet. There is one step up from the front walk into the home at the front door and has been landscaped to feature shrubbery native to Minnesota and beautiful hydrangeas in the warmer months. This home features an astounding 6 bedrooms with 5.5 bathrooms. 3 of the bedrooms are en suites with an attached private bathroom and walk-in closets, two are located on the main floor while the other en suite is located in the walk-out basement level. We have intentionally curated this home for a traveling families or large groups who seek a comfortable and luxurious travel experience. Every choice we've made from the bedding to the fluffy towels to each piece of art, we've made for you.

What to Expect:
As you walk in the front door, there is a formal dining room on your left. The first bedroom greets you on the right with french doors that open to a vaulted ceiling. There is a full bathroom for this occupant or visitors to utilize right next door. Next on the right is the main floor owner's en suite. You'll see shining hardwood floors which lead you to a beautiful view of the main floor living space which features an open concept layout, gas fireplace, informal dining space, deck, and custom kitchen. Beyond the kitchen is a half bathroom for guests to utilize, entry to the 3 car attached garage, main floor laundry room, and bonus main floor en suite complete with custom tiled walk-in shower bathroom and walk-in closet.

An open stair case leads you down to the newly finished lower level complete with 3 additional bedrooms, one of which is it's own en suite with a custom tiled walk-in shower and walk-in closet, another custom tiled bathroom with walk-in shower for guests to utilize, large family room, and a game/toy amusement room. This home features soaring vaulted ceilings, refinished hardwood floors on the main floor, a sleek coat of warm and neutral paint throughout with a newly finished lower level. There are two dining spaces with enough seating to accommodate 12+ people. The custom kitchen allows for ample cooks in the kitchen with a center island, gas range, double wall ovens, a Ninja PowerXL that air fries, slow cooker, toaster, cook and bakeware, fully stocked dishes, silverware, and cooking necessities like salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and cooking oil.

The home is stocked with fluffy bath towels, standard toiletries, linens, extra pillows and blankets, and laundry detergent for the busy travelers!

You will have access to the entire home and garage with complete privacy. Please note we have exterior cameras for safety reasons.

There is no additional charge for up to 4 guests, it's $25 per additional person per night after 4 guests.

Please note our basic house rules:

No smoking or vaping allowed inside the property or garage. A $350 cleaning fee will be charged to any guests violating this rule. We've worked hard to curate a smoke-free experience for guests, especially those with asthma. You're welcome to smoke outside however please dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

No pets allowed due to owner's severe allergies. A $350 deep cleaning fee will be charged to any guests violating this rule. Many guests ask ahead of time if any pets have been inside a home due to their allergies.

No unauthorized events or parties. We have hosted over 600+ nights with the various short term rental homes in the Twin Cities that we own. We value honesty and transparency with your travel plans. If you have any questions, please send an inquiry.

Quiet time starts at 10 PM to 7 AM. The home is fully stocked with linens, toiletries, cookware, silverware, and basic condiments for cooking.

We also have some baby equipment like a pack and play on the premises should you need them. Extra guests are $25/per person beyond 4 people and automatically calculated as long as you put the accurate number of people on your reservation. You can always reach out with any inquiries. Early check-in or late check-out can sometimes be available with advance notice for $50.
