Room was nice, restaurant food was tasty. Biggest issue is the double charged me for a 75 deposit and overcharged me for my room. Neither of these issues have been resolved two days later- still pending in my account. Actual charge on receipt was correct- but still not corrected in my account.

Overall the hotel was quite nice. I just had a few issues, first the keys didn't work. So I had to go get new ones, not a big deal, but a little annoying. Then when we got in the room there were what seemed like two full beds instead of a single king like we had reserved. The staff was friendly and probably would have helped, but we were tired that night and didn't have time to ask about it in the morning. I'm assuming it's not a common mistake, but it was a little disappointing. Also, no free internet, which seemed odd to me

Heavily dissapointed. For the price you pay, it’s absolutely shocking that there is no free breakfast included. I was baffled when I was told upon check-in that I would be charged $75 upfront per night for “incidentals” which would be “refunded immediately” which actually took a week to be processed back to me. Getting into the room and seeing human fecal matter splattered on the walls around the toilets.. yuck. Also turns out there’s no microwave in the room. This hotel really doesn’t want you eating unless you’re paying them for it haha. Lastly, it was a muggy hot weekend, was put on the 7th floor and the air conditioning was not working at all. When I went to check out, no one asked how our stay was, just snatched the key-cards and sent us off.

The hotel was spotless and beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was lovely and had great pressure. We didnt get to try breakfast but did enjoy a drink downstairs. The service was all around wonderful.
