For an older place upgrades being done. Got King rm, suite with jaccuzi tub-great price! Extremely spacious. Fast ck in. Several drs to park by wherever your rm is at. Pool down Oct 24 but we didnt need it with a jacuzzi rm. Recommend

Im not sure if they were remodeling or what. My room had stains on the sheets and walls. Shower curtains and bathtub were moldy. Not a little bit of mold, quite a bit. So bad i did not shower. Sink was broken but faucet worked. I do not recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this budget hotel priced at around $55 a night, and itā€™s true what they say: you get what you pay for. Pros: The highlight was the suite layout, featuring a separate living room that provided extra space and privacy. The room was equipped with a fridge and microwave, which is great for saving on meals, and the air conditioning worked well to keep things comfortable. Additionally, the hotelā€™s main areas seemed to be nicely remodeled, giving an impression of improvement. Cons: However, there were several issues during my stay. The most frustrating was the key situation; I had to return to the front desk multiple times for new keys as they wouldn't work. None of the ice machines were operational, requiring trips to the front desk for ice. There was also no phone in the room, which wasnā€™t a huge deal until I needed assistanceā€”no one answered when I called the front desk, forcing me to go downstairs for any requests. Conclusion: Overall, if you're looking for an affordable place and can overlook some inconveniences, this hotel may suit your needs. The suite amenities add value for the price but be prepared for a few hiccups. It's a decent option for budget travelers, but donā€™t expect luxury.

Stained sheets took 3 exchanges to get I stained ones, 1st room with a spa tub had burn holes in comforter, toilet would not come clean even when housekeeping tried to reclean it and we found a wrapper for a blunt in the top dresser drawer. Staff gave us a different spa tub room and it also had burn holes in the 1970ā€™s style comforter even though both rooms were non-smoking. All 4 lights above the spa tub did not work, 2 had bulbs, 1 had no bulb and the other recessed light had been converted to a ceiling hook and the light dimmer knob was missing and the spot it went in was covered by paper. Far corner of spa tub was filthy and I cleaned it some. The shower surround had black mold on the horizontal line where the surround pieces met. Carpet was also disgusting in the room. The pool and hot tub were not open and we were not made aware of this when we reserved. The common area and halls did not have AC. There is remodeling occurring and staff tried to be as accommodating as they could considering how little there was they could really do under the circumstances.

Bought by another company. Currently going through renovation. Found a cockroach in room but they were nice enough to get us a new room and allowed me to review it before accepting. Saw a man in a skirt and wing walking down hallway. I guess it's like an extended stay so you have a lot of bad folks living there. Hopefully once the new owners get things going it will be a real nice hotel. So if you are reading this give it some time before booking.

At first I genuinely thought it wasnā€™t clean. I bought my own cleaning supplies because I was sketched out, partially because of the other reviews, partially because it looked like it wasnā€™t clean. I tried to clean it, and it turned out it was pretty clean. It only appeared dirty because itā€™s old. Thatā€™s the only downside of this property. Itā€™s not shiny and sparkling, not because itā€™s dirty. Itā€™s just an older building. Itā€™s perfectly fine. I believe the hotel had been run downhill by the previous owners, but it recently changed management and theyā€™re working on turning the place around. You can tell theyā€™ve made some improvements, and theyā€™re still working on it. New carpet, new decor, remodeling and buying new appliances and such. The construction was in no way invasive or an annoyance to our stay. The pool was closed but we werenā€™t planning on using it. I want be fair and honest about this place. It does give you the ick at first, because it is old and it looks it. But itā€™s not dirty, itā€™s not terrible as I was led to believe by the other reviews. Everything worked fine. The water pressure was good. They also did have breakfast. I will be fair with that as well though, and that was not a point in their favor. The breakfast sucked. Overall, not a bad place. Itā€™s a functional place to stay. If you donā€™t mind things looking old and some subpar breakfast, go for it. Itā€™s a decent price. If you want a shiny room that you can tell looks clean, maybe hold off on this place.

You can see that this property is attempting at renovating BUT that doesnā€™t mean that there should be black mold in the shower, the carpets shouldnā€™t have crumbs on them and there shouldnā€™t be stains on the sheets! We were missing a handle on our dresser, no tv remote, and stains all over the bathroom wall that looked like feces! We checked in very late at night and had a very small baby and did not want to pack our stuff up at 10pm at night to find a new hotel. Thereā€™s no pool as advertised and the breakfast was unpleasant. Milk sitting out (unrefrigerated) and flies on the bagels and toast! You truly get what you pay for here.

You get what you pay for. The room rate is very low compared to the Garden Inn across the street, and that should have been a tip. I really just wanted a night of sleep in a clean and safe place and was glad I only needed one night. The hotel is under construction so you will not get what you see online. The original room I was given did not have working lights. I was provided a new room that the hotel had just finished remodeled. The new room had dirty carpet, remodeling material on the carpet, dirty bathroom and so on. I am not very picky as I understand remodeling can mean a lot of things but I do expect to have cleanness. I slept clothed as it was middle of the night when I arrived and got out as soon as I could the next day.

I did not stay for the two nights I was registered. So the saying goes... you get what you pay for. The room smelled so bad and the furniture in the room were damaged. The night clerk did not have authorization to refund the two nights. I was asked to call the next day and I did. That clerk was going to research and I have yet to hear back. I complained to Expedia but my charge is still on PayPal. I will go to PayPal and get the credit for the two nightrs I COULD NOT stay at this hotel.
