The bed was comfortable and not a bad room. It was hard to understand the staff. We had them make up our room once. They took the dirty towels but never left replacement towels. So I had to ask the front desk for more. They were friendly. They don't have much of a breakfast. Met several friendly guests. They do have a guest laundry room. No coffee maker in room. But for us it was just a place to sleep. Elevators worked good. Some soda and ice machine were out of order or gone.

Couldnā€™t find room. Å“e were told the room number 215. Normally the rooms go in order. We couldnā€™t find it. Finally did. Not by where it should be. TV shut Off and didnā€™t stay on channel. The barely speaking low sounding voice could hardly be heard and not easily understandable. Never gave us a new room. TP dispenser broke. Breakfast was next to nothing. No fruit. No waffle maker. No milk. No pre made food. Hot breakfast if you used the toaster. Next morning I brought complaints to front desk. No assistance helped. I called later that Day and asked for manager. Not there. I said what happened, oh well I got. I said I would write a review on bad service. He said go ahead so here it is.

When checking in the person at the front desk was rude. I had not been aware of the $100 cash ONLY fee. I asked if it could be put on my card and he rudely said no then when I asked if there was an ATM i could use he just motioned to the left. Then of course the ATM had a $3 fee. Lobby smelt like fish and elevator stank as well. On here it says breakfast is 8-10 but it was 6-9. It was posted nowhere in the lobby. Skip this place when booking!
