There was no sign posted saying we charge for 50 bucks for deposit and when I booked the room it didn’t mention it. Paying for parking is ridiculous shouldn’t have to pay when already staying with the hotel. Having the room reactiveed everyday is ridiculous

Checked in really late as we had a 12 hour drive. It took about 15 minutes to check in as the front desk couldn't find my reservation but we're very nice. When they finally did we made our way up to our room, we had the king room with the pull out. There was no bedding for the pullout couch for our child, the mattress under the protector was filthy(checked for bed bugs), you could tell that things weren't wiped down between guests as the bathroom had stuff all over the counter and hair on the blow dryer. The pool didn't have the filter on so there was hair and what looked like a napkin floating around in it. Wouldn't stay again. Had we not booked through a third party we probably would have left after the first night.

Upon checking in there were two staff members that were very unprofessional. Continuing an inappropriate conversation around guests is unacceptable. Also, paying for parking at a facility like this is outrageous. There is nothing but a Walmart in walking distance so you need to drive wherever you’re going. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Not enough chlorine, cloudy water, pressure in pumps extremely low so the filtration system can’t possibly be functioning properly. The room was outdated and the mattress was very old and uncomfortable. The cost of this hotel is overpriced. This hotel is in the condition to charge maybe 1/2 of what the current cost is. Will not be returning

It is not as described, dirty and old. No hot tub, everything looks really old even when they did some minor upgrades. Beds are uncomfortable. Will not recommend.

Upon checking in, we found our entire mattress stained and covered in old pee. Both sides of mattress. Were now allowed a refund and they switched us rooms. New room had a mess all over the mirror, hair all over the tub, a stain on the chair and couch, missing curtains. Outside of property was full of weeds taller than me. Entire inside smelled like pot and body odor. DO NOT STAY HERE! RUN!
