It was perfect for our short stay for pride in Minneapolis. Very accommodating and even gave my pup her own bowl and bandana. Will definitely use again.

So right in the beginning of the stay once we got to the property they gave us the wrong keys. Had to go back downstairs once we get into the right room. The TV wasn't working and the room was hot. I can say that they did accommodated us and handle the issues.

What’s not to like ?
Very nice and charming hotel. Small enough to show off its art deco character, but large enough to be a real modern eco friendly hotel. Staff is great . Excellent service at very reasonable rates. Great location just feet from Trader Joe’s so one can also eat at a reasonable price. Ideal for extended stay ( I was there for 15 days).

Very Loud! Good luck sleeping.
Not a great location if you plan on sleeping. Extremely loud doors slamming at all hours. Whom or whatever is on the 3rd floor was loud at all hours 1am, 3am, 5am. Phones don't work in the room. Long check in process. Tried to call front desk several times and they just hang up. The only positive was the cleanliness assuming because it's new.

When I checked in they had no double queen rooms left even though that was my reservation with my family of 3. So they put us in a king room with no other bed in the room. Had to go back and let them know that and eventually they split us between two rooms. Not ideal and disappointing that our reservation wasn’t kept for a room.

This is a newer hotel with a very contemporary and modern vibe. But sometimes the form wins over function. The bathroom is very cool until you need a towel rack or a place to put your shaving kit. One comfortable chair in the room would be better than two stiff backed office chairs. Bed was comfortable. Staff and service were superb and very “Minnesota “ friendly. Location excellent for us bank stadium or the Guthrie
