Stay at your discretion.
For downtown and what you pay. Not worth it. No room service. Front desk service takes at least 10 mins. Two towels. Two coffee cups. For your entire stay. Hot water limited. If there is any? Missing light balbs. Parking way to expenses. It's a dying hotel thats cutting costs. Just trying to stay alive.

I was there for a convention. The hotel's location was perfect and the pedestrian walkway offered a convenient way to walk to and from the convention center.

Great location but no heater
Great location with skyway that connects directly to the convention center. But the hotel is on the older side, the bathtub floor had black gunk that was not fully cleaned and there were hairs found on the chair upon entry. They provide Aveda toiletry products. There was a small fridge and safe that were working. I got cold at night and wanted to turn up the temperature, but only colder air blew out. I reported this issue to front desk the next morning and they said they will send a technician up. A technician came up to the room shortly. After he learned about the issue, he told me they do not have heater at the hotel and said I can just turn off the AC to not be cold. I didn't have time to change hotels because I am on a business strip with a tight schedule, so I had to wear a hoodie and double up my pants to sleep for the next few days. I wonder how people survive in the winter time.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY PICTURES
This hotel is definitely NOT what the pictures show! I booked 5 rooms for my team to stay at this hotel for a convention. The beds and pillows are 1 star. The air conditioning unit in the rooms might be 50yrs old. The full service restaurant could only serve 1 table at a time due to zero hospitality staff. I honestly feel like this hotel was a complete rip off.
